This Sinus Rinse Bottle Kit contains one custom designed cap, one rinse bottle of 120 mL, one tube and 50 packets of USP grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate mixture. The solution made by the NeilMed sachet will not burn or sting since it is a pH neutral solution with sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate in exact proportions. Warning:
Do not use the rinse if nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears or if you have had ear surgery. Do not use boiling water. Rinsing your nasal passages with only plain water will result in a severe burning sensation. Please rinse one hour prior to bedtime, in order to prevent any residual solution dripping in the throat.
