The patented mixture makes a pH balanced and Isotonic solution that will not burn to sting. Each sachet makes an isotonic (physiologic concentration) solution with 240ml of water. None of the ingredients contain preservatives or iodine. It is safe to use during pregnancy.

Warning:
Do not use the rinse if nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears or if you have had ear surgery. Do not use boiling water.
